SIZEGRINFINITY TERMS OF USE
October 2026
1. Applicability
1.1 These Terms govern your installation and use of SizeGrinfinity, its documentation and its updates. They govern this Software licence, not your host, digital audio workstation or another application.
1.2 Read these Terms before accepting them. Acceptance requires an affirmative action. The installer's agreement checkbox starts unchecked and reads: 'I agree to the SizeGrinfinity licence terms.' It applies to the full terms displayed. If you do not agree, cancel installation or activation. Before installation begins, Cancel lets you leave setup. Unattended installation also requires explicit agreement.
1.3 Your order and binding purchase information also apply. Your purchase is subject to the product description, checkout information and applicable seller terms supplied with your order. These Terms are not themselves a completed order.
1.4 Mandatory rights take priority throughout these Terms. Nothing excludes or restricts rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or restrict, including mandatory protections where you live.
1.5 Full app terms are available at https://sizesynth.com/terms/sizegrinfinity. A copy is included with the installed Software. This does not replace purchase confirmation or any legally required durable checkout delivery.
2. Definitions
2.1 'SizeSynth', 'we' and 'us' mean SizeSynth, trading as SizeSynth.com, which operates SizeSynth.com and supplies and licenses SizeGrinfinity.
2.2 'Software' means SizeGrinfinity and its documentation and updates. 'Website' means https://sizesynth.com.
2.3 The 'named licensee' is the named individual purchaser for whose use the licence is granted, including where that person's employer pays. 'You' means that person when exercising the licence. Employer payment does not create a team or multi-user licence.
2.4 A 'licence unit' is one valid paid SizeGrinfinity unit for the named licensee. Each unit permits two registered computers for that same person's use. 'Account' means the owning account used to manage the purchase, licence and computer registrations.
2.5 'Your material' means your lawful audio, projects and resulting output. Rights in third-party inputs remain subject to their owners' rights.
2.6 An 'instance' is a SizeGrinfinity processing instance created in a compatible host. An 'admitted instance' is one opened with valid authorisation. The rules for an existing instance and a new opening are in section 9.
3. The Software
3.1 SizeGrinfinity is a Windows x64 VST3 dynamic saturation effect for audio work. It requires a compatible 64-bit Windows VST3 host. A host or digital audio workstation is not included.
3.2 Windows 10 or later is the supported operating-system family. Host-specific compatibility information and any further requirements accompany the release.
3.3 The Software is provided for lawful personal and commercial audio work within the purchased entitlement. The descriptions and promises supplied with your purchase, and mandatory rights, remain applicable.
4. Licence Grant
4.1 A valid purchase grants the named licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime licence within the purchased entitlement. The paid licence starts on the purchase date recorded in your purchase confirmation.
4.2 This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Validation does not require repurchase. Future SizeGrinfinity updates are included; licences and updates for other applications are not included.
4.3 One valid paid unit permits two registered computers, both usable at once. Two units permit four computers. Each further unit adds two computers for the same named licensee. This rule applies to new and existing accounts.
4.4 Unlimited SizeGrinfinity instances and projects on one registered computer share that computer's identity and activation slot. Other applications' purchases and registrations remain separate.
4.5 Additional units add computer capacity for the same named person, not team seats. Other people need their own licence and account.
4.6 Maintaining your own account or replacing your own computer is not a transfer to another person. A separately authorised complimentary grant does not transfer an existing licence.
4.7 Revocation requires lawful termination for material breach or applicable law, not unrestricted discretion. Sections 9 and 15 distinguish ordinary expiry from confirmed refund withdrawal or revocation.
5. Permitted Use and Your Audio
5.1 You may use the Software for lawful personal and commercial audio work within your licence.
5.2 Your lawful audio and project output remain yours. You may distribute them without an additional SizeSynth royalty. You remain responsible for obtaining rights in third-party inputs.
5.3 Authorised installation, execution, backup, configuration and updates are permitted. Statutory backup rights remain within their legal conditions.
6. Restrictions
6.1 Except as authorised by these Terms, our written permission, mandatory law or an applicable third-party licence, you must not: (a) copy or modify proprietary Software, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or create unauthorised derivatives; (b) redistribute, repackage, sublicense, sell, resell, rent, gift, transfer or share proprietary copies or the licence or access; (c) share credentials, activation material, licences or computer slots with another person; (d) exceed the purchased computer allowance; or (e) bypass or tamper with activation, validation or computer limits.
6.2 Statutory observation, study, testing, interoperability, backup and mandatory resale or exhaustion rights remain within their legal conditions.
6.3 Independently licensed components retain their applicable licences, notices and freedoms. These Terms do not replace those licences or restrict rights they independently grant.
7. Accounts and Security
7.1 Use the account that owns your SizeGrinfinity purchase. Keep credentials private and do not publish activation material.
7.2 You may replace your own registered computers. If all paid slots are occupied, use authenticated device management or recovery to release a registration before adding another. Lost or broken computer recovery requires owner sign-in. Contact Contact@sizesynth.com if recovery is unavailable.
7.3 Signing out, releasing a computer registration, closing an account and cancelling a purchase are distinct matters. Uninstalling or reinstalling does not itself remove a server registration, buy a licence or create a fresh offline allowance.
7.4 Maintaining the same owner's account or computers is not a transfer to someone else. Other applications' purchases and registrations remain separate.
7.5 Account closure or deletion alone does not end a valid lifetime licence. Necessary purchase and licence linkage, and records lawfully required for recovery, enforcement or remedies, may remain as explained in section 14 and the Privacy Policy.
8. Activation and Internet Access
8.1 Installation and opening sign-in require no payment. Accepting the installer agreement does not purchase a paid unit, activate a computer or record authenticated account-bound licence acceptance.
8.2 The plugin opens its sign-in interface before licensed processing is available. Initial activation requires internet access, owner sign-in, a valid entitlement, affirmative licence agreement and genuine product- and device-bound authorisation. Sign-in alone is not activation.
8.3 Successful validation provides signed authorisation for offline use lasting no more than 30 days, as specified by that authorisation. Failed requests, reinstalling, copied files or clock changes do not extend its expiry.
8.4 A new opening after expiry requires fresh owner sign-in and a genuine verified renewal. Failed or cancelled requests, outages and invalid evidence cannot unlock processing. Same-owner recovery retains the purchase and device slot; no repurchase is due.
8.5 Failed background validation does not extend the saved expiry and does not, by itself, interrupt an already-admitted instance. Network or authentication errors are not themselves confirmed revocation.
9. Expiry and Existing Sessions
9.1 Each newly created VST3 processing instance has its own admission. An instance admitted with valid authorisation stays fully usable until closed despite ordinary authorisation expiry, including playback, transport stop and start, and new renders.
9.2 Showing or hiding its editor, or stopping and restarting transport, does not close the instance. Removing and reloading the plugin, or restarting the host, creates a new opening. Saved host project state does not preserve an admitted-session allowance.
9.3 New openings after expiry follow section 8. An already-admitted instance does not acquire extra saved offline time merely because it continues running.
9.4 Confirmed refund withdrawal and sharing or resale revocation are separate from ordinary expiry. They may stop affected open processing on trustworthy current confirmation as described in section 15. Immediate notification to offline instances is not promised.
10. Installation, Compatibility and Updates
10.1 The distribution contains a Windows Installer package and the VST3 bundle. The supported operating-system and host requirements are in section 3; release-specific compatibility information and further requirements accompany the release.
10.2 Close the host before replacing the installed plugin and preserve your projects. Uninstallation removes installed program files, not your host projects or separate per-user licence and recovery records.
10.3 Installation performs no paid-account check and no hosted licence acceptance. Installer agreement does not replace purchase confirmation, authenticated licence acceptance or required purchase-specific early-supply choices.
10.4 Support and future updates are ongoing. Contact Contact@sizesynth.com. No particular support response time or additional service level is promised, except the appeal commitment in section 16. Mandatory support, updates and remedies remain.
10.5 Future SizeGrinfinity updates are included. Updates must not silently reduce the purchased entitlement or require repurchase. These Terms do not promise a particular release schedule or compatibility with every third-party system.
10.6 If SizeSynth.com ceases trading, technical licensing requirements for existing purchases will be removed so purchased use continues without the discontinued account, activation or validation service. This does not promise product development after trading ceases.
10.7 We may email relevant update and service information about the app you purchased, including genuine software, security, compatibility, licensing and support information needed for access. This does not require newsletters, paid-upgrade advertising or other-product offers.
10.8 Optional other-product marketing remains separate. Declining or withdrawing it does not affect your purchase or lawful access.
11. Orders, Payment and Delivery
11.1 The standard one-time launch price is USD 19.99 including applicable taxes, with no introductory discount. Tax is not added on top of that stated price.
11.2 Available payment methods, final purchase details and delivery arrangements are shown before payment. Read the product, quantity, price and applicable seller information before agreeing to an order. These Terms do not change the checkout price, app or quantity you agree to.
11.3 For a Paddle purchase, the Paddle reseller identified at checkout and on your receipt is the seller and payment merchant. Its applicable Buyer Terms govern the sale and payment service. These Terms govern your app licence with SizeSynth.com. Read both before payment; neither removes mandatory rights.
11.4 Paddle handles payment and order queries. SizeSynth handles software, licensing and support. Paddle Buyer Terms are available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms.
11.5 Installation, licence acceptance, payment and sign-in do not substitute for legally required purchase-specific early-supply consent, acknowledgement or durable confirmation. The conditions for digital cancellation rights are in section 12.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
12.1 Mandatory quality, fitness and description rights, repair or replacement, price reduction or refund, cancellation and applicable digital-content damage remedies remain. This includes mandatory protections where you live. Early supply does not waive fault remedies. A partial price reduction does not automatically cancel a licence.
12.2 For UK consumer distance contracts, the usual cancellation period is 14 days after the day the contract is made. Failures to provide required information can extend it.
12.3 Early digital supply and any loss of that cancellation right require separate prior express consent, acknowledgement and durable confirmation as required by law. Without the required conditions, cancellation protections remain. Supply arrangements are disclosed before purchase.
12.4 Installer agreement, installation, payment and sign-in are not substitutes for those conditions. Installer agreement does not record early paid-supply consent. No blanket consent or waiver arises from installation.
12.5 Send cancellation and fault-remedy requests to Contact@sizesynth.com. Paddle order and refund requests may also use the route on your receipt and its Buyer Terms or Refund Policy. A clear cancellation statement suffices; no particular form is required. Include the app, order and issue where known, not passwords or full payment-card details.
12.6 A confirmed full refund removing the last valid SizeGrinfinity licence follows section 15. Other adjustments depend on settlement and mandatory rights. No automatic disputed-payment or partial-refund stop is promised.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 SizeGrinfinity is licensed, not sold. SizeSynth and its licensors retain the proprietary software, code, branding, artwork, documentation and updates. All rights not granted are reserved.
13.2 Ownership of your lawful material and output remains as stated in section 5. Independently licensed components retain their licences, notices and applicable freedoms as stated in section 6.
14. Privacy and Records
14.1 Our shared Privacy Policy is https://sizesynth.com/privacy/. It sets out retention periods, annual review, justified legal holds and privacy rights. These Terms do not replace it.
14.2 Necessary identity and contact information and purchase and licence linkage for valid lifetime entitlements survive account closure. Closure or disabling of an account, or revocation of a licence, does not automatically erase relevant substantiated breach, decision, action and appeal evidence needed for lawful enforcement, claims or legal duties.
14.3 Retention is limited by justified purpose, necessity and rights. This is not blanket indefinite retention. Passwords, token secrets and unrelated raw audio are not breach evidence.
14.4 Privacy acknowledgement is not marketing permission or a substitute for required licence or supply choices. Send privacy requests to Contact@sizesynth.com.
15. Suspension, Revocation and Termination
15.1 We may terminate an affected licence for material breach only where lawful and proportionate, identifying that licence and the reasons, with notice and an opportunity to remedy a remediable breach where required.
15.2 If a confirmed full refund removes your last valid SizeGrinfinity licence, licensed processing in an affected open instance stops as soon as the app learns this from trustworthy current evidence. New licensed openings are also denied on that evidence.
15.3 If a licence is revoked for prohibited sharing or resale, affected open licensed processing stops when trustworthy revocation confirmation reaches the app. Subsequent licensed openings using that revoked licence are denied.
15.4 Pending refunds, network or authentication errors, refunds for another app and refunds leaving other valid units do not trigger the last-licence refund rule. Offline status and generic denials are not revocation confirmation. Immediate notification to offline instances is not promised.
15.5 Credential expiry, account closure or deletion, refusing marketing, network failure, a pending dispute, a partial price reduction or an unconfirmed refund does not itself establish material breach. Exercising mandatory rights or making a good-faith complaint is not abuse.
15.6 Ordinary time expiry remains separate and follows the continuation-until-close rule in section 9. Other genuinely valid units, unrelated purchases, accrued remedies and valid lifetime rights remain protected.
15.7 After lawful termination, stop the affected proprietary use and remove copies you are no longer authorised to keep. You may retain your own audio and projects, independently licensed components and records you may lawfully keep.
16. Appeals
16.1 If you believe a licence or account restriction is wrong, email Contact@sizesynth.com with your account email, the affected app or decision reference and your explanation.
16.2 We will provide human review of your explanation and relevant evidence and send the outcome and reasons within 14 calendar days of receiving your appeal, including correction where appropriate.
16.3 An appeal does not automatically restore access or create a discretionary refund. It does not delay or remove a correction, refund or remedy required by law, or prevent statutory complaints, privacy-rights requests or lawful dispute routes.
17. Warranties and Responsibility
17.1 Mandatory rights, express descriptions and promises, purchased rights and mandatory remedies remain. Subject to those rights, and only where lawful and fair, SizeGrinfinity is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE.
17.2 We do not add a promise of uninterrupted, universally error-free operation or compatibility with every third-party system.
17.3 Use the Software lawfully within this licence, obtain input permissions, meet stated requirements, keep reasonable backups and use suitable gain and monitoring levels. Loss caused solely by misuse, unauthorised tampering or failure to meet stated requirements is not SizeSynth's responsibility, subject always to mandatory rights.
18. Liability
18.1 Nothing excludes or limits death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory protections override every disclaimer, cap, loss exclusion, termination provision and other clause.
18.2 Only where lawful and fair, total liability relating to the affected app licence entitlement is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. Later refunds do not reduce that reference amount.
18.3 Indirect or consequential loss, and business profit, revenue, opportunity or goodwill losses, are excluded only where lawful and fair. A consumer's recoverable foreseeable loss or mandatory remedy is not excluded merely by calling it consequential or applying a price cap.
18.4 Send software and licence complaints to Contact@sizesynth.com. Paddle payment and order complaints follow the route on your receipt. Statutory complaints, legal remedies and available consumer court access remain. No compulsory arbitration is imposed.
19. Changes and Existing Rights
19.1 Software or terms changes require clear versions and notice before a new agreement, and genuine affirmative agreement where required.
19.2 Changes do not arbitrarily reduce lifetime entitlements or accrued rights, or rewrite genuine historical acceptance. Earlier accepted content and the evidence of agreement and separate consent remain unaltered.
19.3 Launching, refreshing, silence or a version change is not assent to new terms. Purchase, installation or licence-grant records are not evidence of account-bound acceptance or early-supply choices that were not actually made. Those choices require genuine affirmative flows.
20. Governing Law and Contact
20.1 England and Wales law applies, subject to mandatory protections where you habitually live. Consumers retain court and dispute routes allowed by mandatory jurisdiction rules. England and Wales courts have jurisdiction for business users to the extent lawful.
20.2 SizeGrinfinity is supplied and licensed by SizeSynth.com. SizeSynth.com is operated by SizeSynth, trading as SizeSynth.com.
20.3 Website: https://sizesynth.com. Software support, licence queries, complaints and privacy requests: Contact@sizesynth.com.
20.4 Include your purchase reference and issue where relevant. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details. The seller and payment contact for a Paddle purchase are identified at checkout and on your receipt, as explained in section 11.
