SIZEGRINFINITY SOFTWARE LICENCE TERMS

Created: October 2026

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS AND YOUR PURCHASE

These terms govern SizeGrinfinity from SizeSynth.com, its documentation and your licence, not your host/DAW or another app. Your order and binding purchase information also apply. Mandatory rights take priority. Supplier/seller details are in section 12. Installation and opening sign-in require no payment; accepting these terms does not purchase or activate a licence. Full app terms: https://sizesynth.com/terms/sizegrinfinity

2. LIFETIME LICENCE, PERMITTED USE AND OWNERSHIP

A valid purchase grants the named purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime licence for lawful personal and commercial audio work within the purchased entitlement. Your paid licence starts on your purchase date, as recorded in your purchase confirmation. It is not a subscription; validation does not require repurchase. Future SizeGrinfinity updates are included, not other apps. Revocation requires lawful termination for material breach or applicable law, not unrestricted discretion. SizeGrinfinity is licensed, not sold. SizeSynth.com and its licensors retain the proprietary software, code, branding, artwork, documentation and updates. All rights not granted are reserved. Your lawful audio/project output remains yours and may be distributed without an additional SizeSynth.com royalty. You remain responsible for rights in third-party inputs. Authorised installation, execution, backup, configuration and updates are permitted. Except as authorised here, by our written permission, mandatory law or an applicable third-party licence, you must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create unauthorised derivatives, redistribute/repackage, sublicense, sell/resell, rent, gift, transfer or share proprietary copies or the licence/access; share credentials/activation material; exceed the computer allowance; or bypass/tamper with activation, validation or computer limits. Statutory backup, observation/study/testing, interoperability and any mandatory resale/exhaustion rights remain within their legal conditions. Independently licensed components retain their licences, notices and applicable freedoms. Maintaining your own account/devices is not a licence transfer; a separately authorised complimentary grant does not transfer an existing licence.

3. NAMED PERSON, COMPUTERS AND INSTANCES

Each licence is for one named person, including when that person's employer pays. It is not a team or multi-user licence. One valid paid unit permits two registered computers, both usable at once. Two units permit four computers; further units each add two computers for that same person's use. This rule applies to new and existing accounts. Other people need their own licence and account. Extra units are computer capacity, not additional team seats. Unlimited SizeGrinfinity instances and DAW projects on one registered computer share that computer's identity and activation slot. Other apps' registrations and purchases are separate. Do not share credentials or sell, rent, gift, sublicense or transfer licences/computer slots, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Replacing your own computer is distinct from transferring your licence to another person.

4. SIGN-IN, ACTIVATION AND OFFLINE USE

Installation and accepting this installer agreement do not create a paid unit, activate a computer or record authenticated account-bound licence acceptance. The plugin opens its sign-in interface before licensed processing is available. Initial activation requires internet, owner sign-in, valid entitlement and genuine product/device-bound authorisation. Offline evidence lasts no more than 30 days, as specified by the signed authorisation. Failed requests, reinstall, copied files or clock changes do not extend that expiry. For this VST3, each newly created processing instance has its own admission. An instance admitted with valid evidence stays fully usable until closed, including playback, stop/start and new renders after ordinary evidence expiry. Showing/hiding its editor or stopping/restarting transport does not close it. Removing/reloading the plugin or restarting the host creates a new opening. Saved DAW state does not preserve an admitted-session allowance. A new opening after expiry requires fresh owner sign-in AND a genuine verified renewal. Sign-in alone, failed/cancelled requests, outages or invalid evidence cannot unlock processing. Same-owner recovery retains the purchase/device slot; no repurchase is due. Failed background validation does not extend saved expiry or, by itself, interrupt an already-admitted instance. If a confirmed full refund removes your last valid SizeGrinfinity licence, licensed processing in an affected open instance stops as soon as the app learns this from trustworthy current evidence. New licensed openings are also denied on that evidence. Pending refunds, network/authentication errors, refunds for another app or refunds leaving other valid units do not trigger this rule. If a licence is revoked for prohibited sharing/resale, affected open licensed processing stops when trustworthy revocation confirmation reaches the app; subsequent licensed openings using that revoked licence are denied. Offline status and generic denials are not revocation confirmation. Immediate notification to offline instances is not promised. Ordinary time expiry remains separate and follows the continuation-until-close rule above.

5. COMPUTER REPLACEMENT AND RECOVERY

You may replace your own registered computers. If all paid slots are occupied, use authenticated device management/recovery to release a registration before adding another. Lost/broken-computer recovery requires owner sign-in. Uninstalling or reinstalling does not itself remove a server registration, buy a licence or create a fresh offline allowance. Contact the support email if recovery is unavailable. Registrations/purchases for other apps remain separate.

6. SECURITY, BREACH AND LAWFUL TERMINATION

Keep credentials private; do not publish activation material. We may terminate the affected licence for a material breach where lawful and proportionate, identifying that licence and reasons, with notice and an opportunity to remedy a remediable breach where required. Section 4 governs confirmed processing stops. After lawful termination, stop affected proprietary use and remove copies you are no longer authorised to keep. Retain your own audio/projects, independently licensed components and records you may lawfully keep. Unrelated purchases, accrued remedies and valid lifetime rights remain. Credential expiry, account closure/deletion, refusing marketing, network failure, a pending dispute, partial price reduction or unconfirmed refund does not itself establish material breach. Closure alone does not end a valid lifetime licence. Exercising mandatory rights or making a good-faith complaint is not abuse.

7. DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMPATIBILITY

SizeGrinfinity 0.1.1 is a Windows x64 VST3 dynamic saturation effect. It needs a compatible 64-bit Windows VST3 host; a DAW/host is not included. The distribution contains a Windows Installer package and the VST3 bundle. Windows 10 or later is the supported operating-system family for this product. Host-specific compatibility information and any further requirements accompany the release. The standard one-time launch price is USD 19.99 including applicable taxes, with no introductory discount. Tax is not added on top of that stated price. Available payment methods, final purchase details and delivery arrangements are shown before payment; this licence is not itself a completed order. Read the full agreement before accepting. The installer's agreement starts unaccepted. Installation requires explicit agreement. Before installation begins, Cancel lets you leave setup. Unattended installation also requires explicit agreement to these terms. A copy of the terms is included with the installed software. This does not replace purchase confirmation or required durable checkout delivery. Installation performs no paid-account check and no hosted licence acceptance. Close the host before replacing the installed plugin and preserve your projects. Uninstall removes installed program files, not your DAW projects or the separate per-user licence/recovery records.

8. SUPPORT, UPDATES AND CONTINUITY

Support and future updates are ongoing. Contact Contact@sizesynth.com. No particular response time or additional service level is promised, except the appeal commitment in section 13. Mandatory support, updates and remedies remain. Updates must not silently reduce purchased entitlement or require repurchase. If SizeSynth.com ceases trading, technical licensing requirements for existing purchases will be removed so purchased use continues without the discontinued account/activation/validation service. This does not promise product development after trading ceases. SizeSynth.com may email relevant update/service information about the app you purchased, including genuine software/security/compatibility/licensing/support information needed for access. This does not require newsletters, paid-upgrade advertising or other-product offers. Optional other-product marketing remains separate; declining/withdrawing it does not affect purchase or lawful access.

9. PRIVACY AND ACCOUNT RECORDS

Our shared Privacy Policy is https://sizesynth.com/privacy. It sets out record retention periods, annual review, justified legal holds and privacy rights. Necessary identity/contact and purchase/licence linkage for valid lifetime entitlements survives account closure. Closing/disabling an account or revoking a licence does not automatically erase relevant substantiated breach, decision, action and appeal evidence needed for lawful enforcement, claims or legal duties. Retention is limited by justified purpose, necessity and rights; this is not blanket indefinite retention. Passwords, token secrets and unrelated raw audio are not breach evidence. Privacy acknowledgement is not marketing permission or a substitute for required licence/supply choices. Privacy requests: Contact@sizesynth.com. This licence does not replace the shared Privacy Policy.

10. MANDATORY RIGHTS, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Mandatory rights override every disclaimer, cap, loss exclusion, termination and law clause. Quality, fitness/description, repair/replacement, price reduction/refund, cancellation and applicable digital-content damage remedies remain, including mandatory protections where you live. Partial price reduction does not automatically cancel a licence; early supply does not waive fault remedies. For UK consumer distance contracts, the usual cancellation period is 14 days after the day the contract is made; required-information failures can extend it. Early digital supply and any loss of that cancellation right require separate prior express consent, acknowledgement and durable confirmation as required by law. Installer agreement, payment and sign-in are not substitutes. Without the required conditions, cancellation protections remain. Supply arrangements are disclosed before purchase; installer agreement does not record early paid-supply consent. No blanket consent or waiver arises from installation. Send cancellation/fault-remedy requests to Contact@sizesynth.com. Paddle order/refund requests may also use your receipt's route and Buyer Terms/Refund Policy. A clear cancellation statement suffices; no particular form is required. Include app/order and issue where known, not passwords or full card details. A confirmed full refund removing the last valid licence follows section 4. Other adjustments depend on settlement and mandatory rights; no automatic disputed-payment or partial-refund stop is promised.

11. WARRANTIES, RESPONSIBILITY, LIABILITY AND COMPLAINTS

Subject to mandatory rights and only where lawful and fair, SizeGrinfinity is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. We do not add a promise of uninterrupted, universally error-free operation or compatibility with every third-party system. Express descriptions/promises, purchased rights and mandatory remedies remain. Use the software lawfully within this licence, obtain input permissions, meet stated requirements, keep reasonable backups and use suitable gain/monitoring levels. Loss caused solely by misuse, unauthorised tampering or failure to meet stated requirements is not SizeSynth.com's responsibility. On the same lawful and fair basis, total liability relating to the affected app licence entitlement is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. Later refunds do not reduce that reference amount. Indirect/consequential loss and business profit, revenue, opportunity or goodwill losses are excluded only where lawful and fair. A consumer's recoverable foreseeable loss or mandatory remedy is not excluded merely by calling it consequential or applying a price cap. Nothing excludes/limits death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory protections override every disclaimer, cap, exclusion and other clause. Send software/licence complaints to Contact@sizesynth.com; Paddle payment/order complaints follow your receipt's route. Statutory complaints, legal remedies and available consumer court access remain. No compulsory arbitration is imposed.

12. SUPPLIER, SELLER AND CONTACT DETAILS

SizeGrinfinity is supplied and licensed by SizeSynth.com. SizeSynth.com is operated by SizeSynth, trading as SizeSynth.com. Website: https://sizesynth.com Software support, licence queries, complaints and privacy requests: Contact@sizesynth.com Include your purchase reference and issue where relevant; do not send passwords or complete payment-card details. For Paddle purchases, the Paddle reseller identified at checkout/on your receipt is the seller and payment merchant. Its applicable Buyer Terms govern the sale and payment service; these terms govern your app licence with SizeSynth.com. Read both before payment. Neither removes mandatory rights or changes the checkout price, app and quantity you agree to. Paddle handles payment/order queries; SizeSynth.com handles software, licensing and support. Paddle Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms

13. APPEALS, LAW, CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

If you believe a licence/account restriction is wrong, email Contact@sizesynth.com with your account email, affected app/decision reference and explanation. We will provide human review of your explanation and relevant evidence and send the outcome and reasons within 14 calendar days of receiving your appeal, including correction where appropriate. An appeal does not automatically restore access or create a discretionary refund. It does not delay/remove a correction, refund or remedy required by law, or prevent statutory complaints, privacy-rights requests or lawful dispute routes. England and Wales law applies subject to mandatory protections where you habitually live. Consumers retain court/dispute routes allowed by mandatory jurisdiction rules. England and Wales courts have jurisdiction for business users to the extent lawful. Software/terms changes require clear versions and notice before a new agreement, and genuine affirmative agreement where required. Changes do not arbitrarily reduce lifetime entitlements/accrued rights or rewrite genuine historic acceptance. Earlier accepted content, versions, hashes and consent history remain unaltered. Launch, refresh, silence or a version change is not assent to new terms. The installer checkbox is: 'I agree to the SizeGrinfinity licence terms.' It starts unchecked and applies to the full terms displayed. Purchase, installation or licence-grant metadata is not evidence of unrecorded account-bound acceptance or early-supply choices; those require genuine flows.
