1. Using these terms
This page explains the terms for SizeSynth.com and how the app contracts and checkout terms fit together. Each app's full contract applies to that purchased app. Read its terms and description before buying; this page does not replace them.
2. Your purchase
The app, quantity, price and supply details shown at checkout identify your purchase. A licence for one app does not grant rights to another. Genuine agreement is to the identified app terms; a general website notice is not agreement to every app.
3. Checkout and consumer rights
Where Paddle supplies checkout, it is the reseller for that transaction under its buyer terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms. SizeSynth.com supplies the app under its app-specific contract. Applicable payment, tax, confirmation, cancellation and consumer obligations remain with the party responsible for them. Required immediate-supply choices are separate from optional marketing. Nothing here removes mandatory cancellation, quality, refund or other consumer remedies.

The contract for the app identified in your purchase is the relevant app contract.
5. Accounts and communications
Provide accurate information needed for your purchase/account and protect your credentials. Necessary purchased-app service/update messages are separate from optional offers/news about other products. Declining optional marketing does not prevent purchase or lawful app access. Information use is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Problems and applicable rights
Contact us with the app and relevant account/transaction reference if you need support or want to challenge a restriction. App terms describe licence rights and appeals. Statutory complaints, remedies, data rights and lawful court routes remain available. A newer website page does not retrospectively replace accepted app terms.
